Mc4Software is a rapidly growing, leading international Mechanical System Design Software house operating for over 30 years.  We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, highly organized individual to join our team in our US office, located in Northern VA.   You will provide high-quality world class support on a variety of inquiries from customers. There is a probability the work will involve some travel to client or training locations in the US and Canada.

Job Responsibilities

• First line of contact with customers for technical assistance.
• Support day-to-day inquiries from customers including product functionality, usability, installation, compatibility.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective, concise solutions to customer inquiries.
• Listen to caller's description of problems interpret summarize and document interaction.
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions for clients.
• Promote Mc4Software training program to heating, plumbing and industrial piping contractors and distributors as well as architects and engineers.
• Coordinate materials for presentations to clients.
• Expand current training program to create additional specialty courses.

Job Requirements

• One 1 + years experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD based programs.Experience with both Microsoft Windows XP and Vista.
• One 1+  years Technical Customer Support Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in the Heating, venting, air conditioning, radiant floor industry a plus. (HVAC)
• Experience troubleshooting computer-related technical problems.
• Ability to decompose problem and find workable solution.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
• Ability to work independently.
  
• Ability to work effectively with co-workers in multiple departments, offices.
  
• Working knowledge of installing computer hardware, software and peripherals.
  
• Basic experience with networking and networking devices a plus.
  
• Willingness to travel.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related work experience.
