Yes you can. As long as no Mc4 command is used in the project, you can use AutoCad 2D commands to draw your plans and save them in DWG format.

Mc4 offers different support packages:

1. Annual subscriptions: cost is $ 500 if support is provided through Mc4's website only, or $ 750 is support is provided through Mc4's website and telephone.
2. Remote technical support: by using Citrix applications (GoToMeeting and GotoWebinar) Mc4 can connect directly through your desktop to provide personal technical support.

Currently you can run the 32 bit Mc4Suite on 64 bit hardware with a 32 bit operating system. Mc4Suite is not available for 64-bit systems.

The Mc4Suite license permits only one primary-use installation (for example, your office computer). If you need secondary-use activation you must purchase a USB key license.  The license will be activated by plugging in the USB key and this allows you to install and run Mc4Suite on another computer.  To run Mc4Suite simultaneously on multiple computers you must purchase multiple licenses.

Yes, all Mc4Suite modules share data. Mc4Suite is All-In-One Software. This means that in the same DWG file you can draw different system types without re-entering the data input.

Yes. Modules can be added at any time.  After receiving the purchase confirmation, your license will be upgraded

The demonstration disk allows you to work with Mc4 products at no-obligation for 15 days. The demonstration version is fully functional; the only limitation is a maximum calculation area of  20.000 sq feet  allowed for your projects.

If you purchase a USB license key, it can be moved between computers.  The USB key must be plugged into the computer you will be working on.  It cannot be used to run Mc4Suite software on more than one computer simultaneously.  To run the software on multiple computers simultaneously you must purchase multiple licenses.
